Marta Rivera

Marta Rivera is a postdoctoral researcher in cognitive psycholinguistics at the University of Les Illes Balears (Spain) and in collaboration with the Mind, Brain, and Behavior Research Center (CIMCYC) at the University of Granada (Spain). Her research interests pursue the study of language learning and processing in bilingual and monolingual populations, paying special attention to the role of extrinsic and intrinsic factors to the subject that can modulate successful learning.  In her research she considers factors such as the context and difficulty of the material to learn, abilities in cognitive control, age, or previous linguistic experience. Marta is in charge of keeping WiCS-E social media up to date.
