Making Mentoring a Hands-on Activity

In a world of quick check-ins over Zoom and comments in Google Docs, how do we make time and space for active, intentional mentoring? Across career stages from early career training to entering new leadership roles, individuals benefit from mentorship that not only provides skills training, but also models successful navigation of challenges in the new environment. Our panelists will share stories and answer questions about mentoring moments that make a difference.
